UNIFORM ORDERING

Uniforms for all new players need to be ordered by June 10th to allow time for Capelli to customize the uniforms and ship to you before the season starts.

Please see the uniform ordering guide attached to this email for more information. There is also information in the guide if any returning players need to order any additional items. Please make sure you read the whole guide when ordering, as it will answer your questions and walk you through the process. Jersey numbers for the new players are preloaded into the uniform ordering system. I also have attached a jersey number sheet for your reference that lists all players.

UPDATE:

Uniforms are currently being shipped to all players that ordered through Capelli. The goal is for all uniforms to have been shipped by 7/31. If you haven’t received your shipping notice by 7/31; please reach out to our uniform coordinator at uniforms@pachbg.com and please provide a copy of your uniform order confirmation email.  If you haven’t received your uniforms before team camp starts and are worried about your player not having a training top; please don’t worry about it. It is a 4 night camp and the kids have one training tee, so it is not expected that kids will be in their training top every night at camp. Kids can wear any clothes that they are comfortable wearing that week.

PLAYER PHOTO UPLOAD TO PLAYMETRICS

EPYSA and all the leagues are requiring all players to have updated player pass photos. To meet that requirement and to get players approved on rosters, I am asking all parents to upload a photo to Playmetrics that meets the player pass guidelines. It should be a very quick process - quick picture of your player and quick add in the Playmetrics App. The picture would be similar in style to a passport or driver’s license photo. Specifically, I need a photo that meets the following guidelines:

● No Action Shots!

● Picture from the Shoulders up of the player with no hat or sunglasses on

● Picture needs to be clear and the player should be the only person in the picture

● A cell phone picture is fine.

To upload the photo into playmetrics -

● Open the Playmetrics App and on the home screen, you should see your players listed.

● Click on the player’s name and on the player’s profile page should be a picture of the player that you previously uploaded or a blank circle.

● Click on the blue camera and then it should give you the option to upload a photo from your phone’s camera roll.

Please leave the jersey number fields as is for now. I am working on updating the team's rosters and will update them all soon after the current season is over!

*****Please upload their photo to their playmetrics account by June 5th.*****

Medical Release Form (All U8-U19 players)

You should have received a message in playmetrics regarding the completion of this year’s medical release form.

A couple of helpful hints -

*It is recommended that you do this on a laptop or desktop computer.

*You will need to complete a form for each of your players in the program.

*You will need to select "REPLACE WITH NEW DOCUMENT"

*You do not need to upload a copy of your insurance card, as long as all of the insurance information is provided on the form.

*If you have any issues completing the form, please reach out to Austin Siodlowski at AS@pachbg.com and he can help you.

***Please complete the medical release forms in playmetrics by August 3rd.***

Kick off Team Camp for U9-U14 teams

Our annual kick off team camp for all players will be the week of August 3rd. Camp will be held Monday – Thursday Evenings that week at Keller Field.  Additional information will be sent out closer to camp.

As in previous years, there is no additional cost for camp.

Playmetrics Software

We will be using Playmetrics again this season for all scheduling, communication, payments, team chats, etc. If you have not done so, please download the app. We will start rolling out the new season information for our U9-U15 teams as the current season is ending in the next few weeks.

U16-U19 teams will have limited information until we get closer to the season and have season scheduling loaded into the system. U16-U19 teams will have ability to update their contacts and information as well as access their billing information while U9-U15 teams will be fully functional with team contacts loaded and early fall scheduling to be loaded in the next couple of months.

More details and helpful hints are provided below:

  • On the bottom, if you select “My Team” then it will take you to your team’s summary page.  Scroll down for your coach’s contact information.
  • On the bottom, if you select “Menu” and then select “Family Contacts”; you will see all of the current contacts (and their information) that you have listed on your family account. If you click the pencil next to the contact’s name, then you can edit their contact details.
  • Click the “+” to add an additional contact to your player’s account. The main contact (the person who created the family/player’s account at the time of tryouts) needs to be the person to add the additional contacts.
  • Please leave the jersey number fields as is for now. I am working on updating the team's rosters and will update them all soon after the current season is over!

Program Fees for the 2026-2027 Season

Program Fee payments for the 2026-2027 season will be done similarly to the previous seasons. All payments will again be made directly through the Playmetrics App. Program Fee payments for the 2026-2027 season will be evenly split into 9

installment payments that are due on the following dates:

  • Payment #1 – due 6/30/26
  • Payment #2 – due 7/30/26
  • Payment #3 – due 8/30/26
  • Payment #4 – due 9/30/26
  • Payment #5 – due 10/30/26
  • Payment #6 – due 11/30/26
  • Payment #7 – due 12/30/26
  • Payment #8 – due 1/30/27
  • Payment #9 – due 2/28/27

All players are on the above referenced installment plan; however, you can choose some options on paying this season through the Playmetrics App (Pay all at once, Pay a couple at a time, etc). You will have the option to setup Autopay again this season. All Program Fees for all players have been loaded into the playmetrics system..

For those new to Playmetrics, detailed directions on how to access and pay through Playmetrics are provided as a separate attachment to this email as well. Those directions include checking your auto-pay status (is it on or off? Is your card still good? Did your card expire? Who has access to the payment system? Can I pay all at once? Can I pay multiple payments at once?)

MLS Rostering (U13-U19 MLS Next AD players)

If your player will be on a MLS Next Academy Division Team (U13-U19), then your $160 MLS Next required player registration payment was due on June 15th. A couple of players' MLS registration payment is still outstanding. MLS rostering opens this week and information will be sent to the players that have paid their registration fee. That payment will also be made in Playmetrics as an additional program fee payment.

Step by Step instructions will be sent out to all U13-U19 MLS players on how to complete the rostering requirements.

If you have any questions as you work through the process, please feel free to contact Val at com@pachbg.com with

any questions

INFORMATION ON MAKING PAYMENTS ON PLAYMETRICS

Below is some helpful information on how to locate those invoices and make payments.

*****PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER CAN SEE THE BILLING INFORMATION ON PLAYMETRICS. THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER CAN GRANT OTHER CONTACTS ON YOUR ACCOUNT TO SEE YOUR PLAYER'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND/OR PAYMENTS.

You can easily access the Invoicing/Payment section of the Playmetrics App by pressing “Menu” in the bottom right corner and then selecting “Billing”.

○ On this first page you can enter your payment method by selecting the “add” button next to “Enter Card Info” (you can do this later in the payment screen as well).

○ Scroll down to the section marked “Active Subscription”. Under “Active Subscriptions” you will see your player’s program fees for the season (If you have more than one player, each program fee is named by team and that player’s initials (or picture) are listed to the right). You will also see the toggle button to opt to AutoPay that set of invoices.

○ Click on the underlined “2026-2027 Program Fee Installment Plan - *Team Name*” to take you to the “Invoice Detail” Screen.

Now that you are on the “Invoice Detail” screen. You will see some different points of interest.

○ All of the invoicing details for that team’s program fees for the season are provided as you scroll down the screen (as well as another AutoPay toggle button that will show your status for that set of invoices).

○ At the top, you can click the three dots and select “share invoice” from the drop down box and share the invoice with another registered contact on the account (more on adding more contacts below). The primary account holder/parent will need to be the person to share the invoice.

○ On the “Invoice Detail” screen, you can click the three dots and select the “Make Payment” button at the top. If you click the “Make Payment” button, then you will be directed to the payment selection screen.

The top of your app should say “Make a Payment” now. The first payment (should have a checked box next to it) should be your next payment due. If you just want to make 1 payment, confirm your total on the bottom left and select the “Next” button

For those that like to pay the entire season at once – As you work your way down the “Make a Payment screen”, you will see a section that says “Scheduled Payments” and then an underlined “Show Payments”. Click on the “Show Payments” and you will see the remaining Program Fee payments for that player. If you want to pay them all, then you would check the boxes next to the other 7 payments for the season. You will see the total amount reflected on the bottom left. Once all selected, hit the “Next” button.

For those that like to pay the season fees in chunks of 2-4 payments - As you work your way down the “Make a Payment screen”, you will see a section that says “Scheduled Payments” and then an underlined “Show Payments”. Click on the “Show Payments” and you will see the remaining Program Fee payments for that player. Check the box(es) next to the other remaining payment(s) for the season that you would like to pay at this time. You will see the total amount reflected on the bottom left. Once all that you want are selected, hit the “Next”

button.

You should now be on the second “Make a Payment” screen which provides an area to input your payment method, confirm the invoice(s) to be paid at this time, the total amount, and another AutoPay toggle (more on AutoPay in the next bullet point). If everything looks good,

press the “Pay” button at the bottom.

Most of you seem to prefer to opt for the AutoPay option. That is again available to all families. There is a toggle button a couple of times during checkout that allows you to turn AutoPay on or off at any time. When you go to toggle “Enable AutoPay” button to on; then a

screen will pop up to confirm the subscription.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR AUTOPAY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR LAST YEAR MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE TRANSFERRED WITH THE NEW SEASON. MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM THAT THE AUTOPAY REFLECTS THE OPTION YOU WOULD LIKE FOR THE NEW SEASON. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR CARD OR YOUR CARD EXPIRED, YOU WILL NEED TO GO IN AND UPDATE THAT IN PLAYMETRICS.

Your Billing/Payment is available to see by all that you give account access to in the contact section.

AutoPay will withdrawal from your account at about 3 am on the date the bill is due. You must have autopay turned on before that time or it will not autopay for that month. If you turn autopay on after a payment is due, then you will need to manually authorize the first charge.

With the Playmetrics system, any invoice more than 30 days late has a $10 late fee automatically added to the invoice. Please note, Playmetrics will automatically restrict a player’s account access to all account features (schedules, communication, etc.) when invoices on the account are significantly overdue and access does not restore until the account is brought to current. As mentioned in the financial policy, if you are having any financial issues or need a slight extension on one of the payments, please reach out before the payment due date and we can discuss a possible payment deadline extension and note that in the system to avoid the restriction.

Please note, once the account has an overdue balance, Playmetrics will not allow you to just pay the one payment and also will cancel any future auto pay until the account is made current

Training Schedules for the 2026-2027 Season

Our early fall (August through mid-October) training schedule for our U8–U14 teams is available in your Playmetrics App – including dates, times, and locations. To see that schedule, go into your Playmetrics App and hit Calendar at the bottom. On the Calendar screen, you should see your practices broken out by date with each session being listed with date, time, location, and noting the team name (helpful for those with multiple players in the club). On that screen and under each training session, you will see your player’s name with a question mark next to it. Click their name and that will let you set your attendance for that session and/or leave a note if you will be missing a session.

For those that like to sync their calendars with apple’s ical, outlook, or google calendar apps; click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select “Sync Calendar”. The “Sync Calendar” screen will give the option and directions on how to do that.

Our late fall & winter (mid-October through mid-March) training schedule for our U8 – U19 teams will be available in your Playmetrics App later this summer/early fall – including dates, times, and locations. Please note that the late fall training schedules take a bit of time to complete as we have to work with both our coaching staff as well as the staff and school boards at the school districts that allow us to use their turf fields to

develop the schedule. As soon as we have the schedule finalized, then we will get it published in playmetrics.

Fall Goalie Training Sessions

We will again have weekly small group goalie training sessions with our goalie coach throughout the Fall season. Initially, the sessions will focus on the U9-U14 goalies and then in the late fall (as the younger teams move to a well-earned break!) will focus more on the older goalies (U15-U19). The goalie schedule will be available in Playmetrics to those that request to be added to the Goalie Training Group.

If your player is a goalie and you would like to be added to the Goalie Training Group in Playmetrics, please send a quick email to COM@PACHBG.COM with the Subject line of Goalie Training Group and note in the email your player’s name and team.

This is an annual add - as the 2025-2026 goalie group will get archived with the rest of the teams at the end of

the spring season and the group does not get carried over. You will need to send that email

requesting to be added even if you were in the goalie training group during the 2025-2026

season.

After you have been added to the Goalie Training Team, you will see their practices in your schedule

in the Playmetrics App. The Goalie Training Schedule will be uploaded closer to the beginning of the

fall season.

League Games and Tournament Schedules (All U8-U14 teams)

All of the leagues are actively working on releasing their fall schedule. CPYSL does assigned scheduling and we expect that to be released early August. CPYSL has set their fall schedule to start as early as the August 22nd - 23rd weekend; but those may need to be moved due to August tournaments being entered.

For ACELA, EDP, MLS (U13-U14), and NAL (U13-U14) - those preliminary schedules of who is home and who is away have been released or will be released at the beginning of August. From there, coaches and technical directors have to work with the opponents to select mutually agreeable dates and times before the schedule will be finalized. It is anticipated that the first league games for most of the ACELA, EDP, MLS (U13-U14), and NAL (U13-U14) teams will be either the August 29th - 30th weekend or the September 12th - 13th weekend. Each team’s game schedule will be uploaded into playmetrics once finalized - along with warmup times, uniform colors, field address, etc.

With regards to tournament schedules, the tournaments set their game schedule approximately 7 days - 14 day before the tournament weekend. Once those schedules are released, coaches or team managers will add your tournament game schedule to playmetrics - along with warmup times, uniform colors, field address, etc.

Team Name Changes in Playmetrics

Just a quick heads up that you will see your team names change in Playmetrics the next few days. Some of the

leagues suggested that clubs use the birth years as the primary names in gotsport registrations. In an effort to be

consistent across platforms, we will update the names in playmetrics as well. Specifically, team names will be slightly

modified as follows -

*U8 teams will say 2018/2019 instead of U8

*U9 teams will say 2017/2018 instead of U9

*U10 teams will say 2016/2017 instead of U10

*U11 teams will say 2015/2016 instead of U11

*U12 teams will say 2014/2015 instead of U12

*U13 teams will say 2013/2014 instead of U13

*U14 teams will say 2012/2013 instead of U14

*U15 teams will say 2011/2012 instead of U15

*U16 teams will say 2010/2011 instead of U16

*U17 teams will say 2009/2010 instead of U17

*U19 teams will say 2008/2009 instead of U19
