FINANCIAL POLICY
When registering a player for a program, a parent/guardian will agree to LDSA/PA Classics HBG Financial and Refund Policy as provided below:
I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor or adult registrant of legal age, understand that the registration fee is paid to accept a player’s offered position to a team for the season and that the registration fee is non-refundable. I also acknowledge that by accepting the position on the team, I will be responsible for the full program fees for that team for the full season without exception, unless otherwise approved by the LDSA/PA Classics HBG Board of Directors. I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the program fee costs and payment schedule for the full season for the team. I also understand that the program fees are to be paid according to the provided program fee schedule and if I do not adhere to that schedule then LDSA/PA Classics HBG reserves the right to charge a late fee as well as not allow a player to participate in team activities such as trainings, league games, and tournaments until such time as program fee payment(s) and any late fee(s) has been received and the player’s account is brought to current. I understand that any invoice not paid within 30 days of the due date will result in a late fee and automatic player restrictions. I understand that any requests for a modified payment plan would need to be made before the payment is due and would require written approval by LDSA/PA Classics HBG administration. I understand that no refund to previously paid program fees will be given to a player asking to be released and that a player’s account must be in good standing in order for any release requests to be processed.
Financial Aid Information for the 2026-2027 Season
For the 2026–2027 season, Lower Dauphin Soccer Association (LDSA) / PA Classics Harrisburg will have a limited amount of fi nancial assistance available for families experiencing fi nancial hardship to help offset their child's club program fees. To ensure that fi nancial assistance can be extended to as many families as possible, eligible recipients may receive up to 50% of the club program fees in fi nancial aid. Financial aid does not apply to the required registration/commitment fee, mls next registration fee, uniform costs, or any travel expenses associated with participation.
Application Process - Please complete the attached form in its entirety and include all required information. Incomplete submissions will not be considered or reviewed. To submit your application and requested information via email as follows:
● All completed documents and requested forms should be submitted in one email
● Please title the email - “Financial Aid Application” and note the player’s name
● Email should be sent to COM@PAChbg.com
LDSA will review and provide a response (either request for additional information or award decision) within 30 days of receipt of a complete application packet. Applications for Financial Aid will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the season until all available Financial Aid has been depleted
*The LDSA Executive Board reserves the right to request additional income verifi cation documentation before completing its review and making a determination on any fi nancial aid request. Information obtained from this application and/or the income verifi cation process shall remain confi dential to the extent necessary to effectively administer the program and will be reviewed only by the LDSA Executive Board.
